The Wellington Based Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to Paraparaumu to a back injury after a 45 yr old male had a fall from a flying fox
At about 4.00pm today the Wellington Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to Paraparaumu to pick up a 45yr old male who had fallen from a flying fox, The man had fallen approximately two metres and had injured his lower back, He was treated by a Wellington Free Paramedic and the transported in the helicopter to Wellington Public Hospital Emergency Department, At this stage he is still being assessed for a serious back injury
