Status Update: Hawke’s Bay Influenza
A (H1N1) health alert
As at noon today 05 May
2009:
• 6 Hawke’s Bay people are considered suspect for Influenza A (H1N1)
• There are no probable cases for Influenza A (H1N1)
• 1 Hawke’s Bay student has been confirmed with Influenza A (H1N1)
• A further 32 Hawke’s Bay people are in isolation
These numbers will fluctuate as a result of more suspect cases being found, or suspect/probable cases being ruled out.
HBDHB’s Public Health Unit continues to manage and support those affected; the DHB’s Emergency Operations Centre remains open to coordinate and report on the DHB’s health response.
