In his first visit to New Zealand in 4 years, the renowned philosopher and author will share his latest teachings on ‘Healing & Transformation’ in an evening lecture at The Civic in Auckland on August 2.

Deepak has worked with many leading political figures over the years and is also regarded as the ‘Spiritual Guide’ to Hollywood celebrities. A close friend of Michael Jacksons for more than 20 years, Deepak spoke out at the time of Jackson’s death about the "cult of drug-pushing doctors, with their co-dependent relationships with addicted celebrities."

Deepak has been an outspoken critic on the US War on Terror and the attack on Iraq and he was a high profile supporter of Obama’s presidential campaign in 2008. His views are sought after in the US media and he has regularly appeared on top ranking current affairs programmes in the US.
