Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre to light up in Pink

Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre to light up in Pink for Breast Cancer this October

Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre will light up in pink during October, as part of a global call to action against breast cancer.

“We are so grateful to these landmarks for lending their support again this year,” says Evangelia (Van) Henderson, Chief Executive of The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation “They give such a wonderful visual reminder that everyone can do something to make a difference for the 2,700 NZ women who are being diagnosed with breast cancer every year.”

The Foundation’s major fundraising event, the Pink Ribbon Street Appeal, will be held on Friday 14 October 2010.

Ways you can take action in October include:
