Tips for building resilience and wellbeing in young people
Taranaki DHB is kicking off a 12-day series of resilience and wellbeing tips for parents and caregivers of young people. The tips will be available on Taranaki DHB’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages starting from Saturday 14 October.
The tips cover topics such as managing online activity, teaching young people emotional intelligence, emphasising friendships that are cool and more. All of the tips and supporting information is also available at www.tdhb.org.nz.
