The following documents have been release on the Centcom Information Portal. They concern US military investigations into a 2007 helicopter in Iraq that killed a dozen people, including two Reuters journalists.
The release appears to be in response to Wikileaks' publication of leaked video from the Apache Helicopter engaged in the action [Scoop report from Michael Collins].
The military investigation concluded that the rules of engagement had been adhered to. Wikileaks have also released the rules of engagement covering that period.
