Stolen emails injunction lifted
National Party Leader Don Brash went to the High Court at Wellington this morning to seek to lift the interim injunction concerning publication of his stolen emails so Nicky Hager’s book could be published without further delay.
The court has now lifted the injunction.
Attached is a copy of today’s memorandum to the High Court and the order made by the court.
