Inter-Parliamentary Travel
Speaker of the House of Representatives
The Hon Dr Lockwood Smith
5 November 2009.
Inter-Parliamentary Travel
Media Statement
My approval
for inter-parliamentary travel carries an expectation that
delegates will adhere to the official programme. I would
expect a recovery of some of the costs if a delegate on an
official inter-parliamentary visit takes an unscheduled
day’s leave for private purposes.
