Goff and Key squabble while
the real issues of poverty
are
ignored
MANA believes that the old boys club of Labour and National only debates didn't help New Zealanders decide what was best for the country, but it did highlight a lack of new ideas says MANA Party leader Hone Harawira.
"They seem to think this is still a first past the post election and not an MMP election but worse than that arrogance was the utter lack of real vision for those suffering in poverty from their policies.
“MANA wants to feed every kid in decile 1, 2 and 3 schools, build 20 000 state houses, attach the minimum wage to 2/3rds of the average wage and dump GST, paid for by the Hone Heke Financial Transaction tax that forces the wealthy and the corporates to pay for their fair share.
“Labour and National don't have the vision for those
who are hurting from their economic vandalism, MANA
does.’
