Russel Norman's letter of complaint to the Police Commissioner regarding the GCSB

Dear Commissioner,
I wish to lay a complaint under section 216(B) of the Crimes Act regarding the illegal actions undertaken by the Government Communications Security Bureau in the Kim Dotcom case.
Section 216(B) deals with the prohibition on use of interception devices.
The GCSB, the Prime Minister and the Inspector General of Intelligence and Security have all acknowledged that an illegal activity took place.
It is our view that significant illegal activity should be investigated by the police. To date no individual or individuals have been held to account for the illegal actions undertaken by the GCSB.
Please feel free to contact me at Parliament on 04 817 6712 if you would like to discuss this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Russel
