Hon Tau Henare, Chair of the Māori Affairs Committee, is inviting public submissions on the New Zealand Mission Trust (Otamataha) Empowering Bill. The closing date for submissions is Thursday, 7 November 2013.
The New Zealand Mission Trust (Otamataha) Empowering Bill transfers land in Tauranga and other property from the New Zealand Mission Trust to the Otamataha Trust.
A copy of the bill can be purchased at any Bennetts Government Bookshop or viewed online at www.legislation.govt.nz Submissions should be forwarded by the due date, either online using our website (www.parliament.nz) or in writing to the address below.
