Spokesman being Bankrupted

The spokesman for the Bank Customer Action Collective Mr Gray Eatwell and his wife Vickie are to appear in the Greymouth court today Tuesday at 11.30am, where Pyne Gould Guiness of Christchursh are attempting to Bankrupt them. This action is directly associated to the Eatwells have against the BNZ.

Pyne Gould Guinness have been fully informed that they will not benefit from this action as there are no assets or hidden assets to be retrieved. The Eatwells put their entire lifes savings into their business yet PGG are hell bent on continuing these actions. The action to bankrupt someone is extremely costly yet the company involved are continuing in this action. What can be their motive.

There is ample evidence to prove that the motive is to close Gray Eatwell down from his action against the BNZ and it is proving impossible for a Bankrupt to take court action.

The tactics the BNZ have used are proven to be totally unethical and this imformation is not simply associated to the Eatwells case.

Should the court rule against the Eatwells the Minister of Justice will need to take action.
