S11 Protest Ideal Sanitation Opportunity
"The Melbourne police have been considering using water cannons on the S11 protestors," said Libertarianz spokesman Richard McGrath today. "I suggest adding in a bit of liquid soap and giving some of these Luddites the first decent shower they've had all year."
Dr McGrath disagrees with Nandor Tanczos who claims the protests in Melbourne are non-violent. "Physically impeding the movement of delegates to a private conference is a violation of the right to peaceful assembly. Tanczos and Sue Bradford will have to live with the consequences if they decide to use aggressive force against others."
"And if the water cannons are used," he added, "we may find a whole new ecosystem lurking within Mr Tanczos' dreadlocks. An ecosystem that I'm sure MAF will be very keen to quarantine upon his arrival back in New Zealand."
