Grey power are alarmed at the reported delays in payments for operations that have affected our elderly, most of these people have already experienced the horrendous fee hike that occurred when reached the age of 65years(by this time of these people on a fixed income from Superannuation.)
Some of these people have been long time members of Southern Cross, in many cases decades.
John Jefferson Grey Power National President insists that this present debacle be resolved without any further delays, any extra costs incurred by members having to arrange finance be reimbursed for any interest charges caused by this delay.
