Statement of position on Kahukura
New Zealand Film Commission Statement of position on Kahukura
While we are in the process of complex legal and financial negotiations to get the desired outcome it would be inappropriate and unhelpful to comment on Kahukura issues.
It has been and remains the New Zealand Film Commissions’s goal to acquire all the films involved and get the film industry creditors who worked on ‘Crime Story’ paid as soon as possible.
There are many small industry
creditors that have suffered as a result of this messy and
protracted settlement process and we are hopeful of a
resolution that will see them paid before
Christmas.
