One Hour of Candlelight in a circle for peace
This Sunday, 13 April 6pm to 7pm, people of all faiths and none. will share their deep desire for World Peace by gathering near the front steps of the Cathedral, Cathedral Square. They will form a circle with candles and silently reflect on the lack of peace in Iraq.
On the striking of the hour at 7 o'clock they will join hands to signal the end of the Vigil. The Dean of the Cathedral has extended an invitation to join him at evensong after the Vigil.
