I have concluded my investigation into the affairs of the Pipi Foundation.

Charges were brought in the District Court at Napier this morning against Donna Awatere Huata and her husband Wi Huata alleging the misuse of monies belonging to the Pipi Foundation and the attempted cover-up of that misuse.

As this matter is now before the Court it would be inappropriate for me to make any further comment.
