The 1st of May is International Workers Day, and will be commemorated throughout Aotearoa with a series of marches, rallies, concerts and picnics.

Auckland
- Rally at 2pm bottom of Q St for open mike
- 3pm march up Queen St to Albert Park for speeches and music. Followed by drinks at the Maritime Club 68 Anzac Ave

Palmerston North
- May Day Concert at the Regent Theatre, Palmerston North
- 7.30pm Our 10th Anniversary of celebrating International Workers Day.
Entry by gold coin donation.Guests include Aussie folksinger Maurie Mulheron. He has sung with Pete Seeger and has some great stories about this.

Wellington
- 12:15pm March starts from Cenotaph, Lambton Quay
- 2:00pm Concert starts in Civic Square Concert includes food, fun and music.
Performers include Brass Razoo, The Carnys, Choir Choir Pants on Fire, DonFranks, Dead Vicious, Mr Sterile Assembly, MC Dissident, The Deadline andmore
