JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
[1] Leave to appeal is granted.
[2] The ground approved, in terms of Rule 29, is whether, in all the circumstances, a miscarriage of justice has occurred in consequence of the applicant’s having conducted his defence without the benefit of counsel.
