Hon Edward Nogoyai Lowassa, Prime Minister, Tanzania launched the Commonwealth Local Government Handbook last night at a special reception hosted by the Department of Internal Affairs at Auckland's Aotea Centre. The Prime Minister is in New Zealand to attend the Commonwealth Local Government Conference. This unique international conference has brought together over 600 delegates from every corner of the Commonwealth.
