Air NZ withdraws legal action against EPMU
Air New Zealand has withdrawn its legal action against the Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union after discussions between EPMU national secretary Andrew Little and Air New Zealand CEO Rob Fyfe.
The lawsuit, which had been filed against the union and personally against Little, concerned an alleged breach of confidentiality based on the release of a 2005 report from Air New Zealand's management and its board.
Air New Zealand's withdrawal of the suit was confirmed on Friday night and followed several union meetings across the airline's operations.
