Jackson talks to Rickards on Radio Waatea
Following his settlement with the New Zealand Police, former Assistant Commissioner of Police Clint Rickards, spoke to Willie Jackson. The interview will feature on Radio Waatea’s current affairs show ‘Paakiwaha’ Monday morning at 10am.
Jackson says. “I’m pleased to finally be able to broadcast this interview since the previous one was pulled from air because of legal reasons. Rickards has always wanted his story told and he approached me to do that. Most of the questions for which the public have wanted answers are asked, e.g. Is he a rapist? Should he apologise to New Zealand? and Why did he resign after saying that he would fight this case to the end?”
This interview is Rickard’s first and only one since his resignation from the Police force almost three weeks ago.
