Denise Brailey has been invited to meet the Minister of Commerce, Ms Lianne Dalziel on Thursday in Hamilton.

EUFA arranged the meeting this week with the Ministers office. Ms Dalziel had a small window of opportunity when visiting the Field Days and invited Ms Brailey to meet with her.

Suzanne Edmonds coordinator of EUFA said from Tauranga today “We were unable to take Ms Brailey to Wellington to meet the Minister due to the costs of bringing Ms Brailey to New Zealand, so it is very fortuitous that the Minister is going to be close by in Hamilton this week – where there’s a will there is a way”

EUFA executive members have met the Minister of Commerce on a number of occasions and this meeting is a bonus meeting for the progress of the issues facing EUFA members.

Gray Eatwell said from Tauranga today “It will be very positive for the EUFA members to be represented by Ms Brailey particularly in view of the common bad practices that she has exposed in Australia“ He added “ It will be most valuable for the NZ Government to gain from learning of Ms Braileys progress”

Victims of finance collapses, including Bridgecorp and BlueChip Victim’s will get the opportunity to meet with Ms Brailey in public and private meetings in Tauranga this week and in Auckland next week.
