Masport workers continue strike, picket
More than 70 Masport workers are picketing outside the Masport factory and will continue until 11:30am as they continue their campaign for a decent pay rise.
The Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union and Moulders Union members are protesting the company’s refusal to offer more than 3% - an offer that is less than the current rate of inflation.
The picket is at 1 - 37 Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland.
