Incorporated Society (EUFA)
We respectfully request
that the House of Representatives support the establishment
of a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the finance
companies crisis from May 2006 and to determine:
1) the accountability of the Securities Commission and other government agencies;
2) the accountability of the directors, trustees, company management and associated parties of the collapsed/troubled finance companies; including financial advisor companies.
3) what action is necessary to provide relief and compensation for investors.
4) the legal requirements/standards/obligations of above mentioned # 2.
