“Having reviewed our participation in the process for the appointment of the Director of the Defence Technology Agency, I am satisfied that Momentum Consulting completed the tasks required under our arrangement with the NZDF and that our systems and processes were followed throughout.
“Momentum advertised the position, developed long and then short lists of candidates in consultation with the NZDF and carried out qualifications, credit history and criminal record checks of the preferred candidate.
“Momentum will continue to work closely with the NZDF and the State Services Commission on the investigations of this matter but can make no further comment until the detailed inquiries are completed.”
