A 2009 report found that our judges were idiosyncratic, arrogant, inflexible and not up to the job intellectually, how will NZers feel finding out that their legal future will be determined by one of these idiosyncratic, arrogant, inflexible and not up to the job intellectually Judges? A Jury trial is the right of every NZer, destroying it while the country's attention is elsewhere is unacceptable."
