Helen Kelly, CTU President, welcomes the country’s newest union FIRST Union, launched today.
“I want to offer congratulations on the amalgamation of two strong unions and warmly welcome FIRST Union, launched today. Combining 23,000 workers from the NDU’s four sectors of retail, transport & logistics, textiles, and wood, with nearly 5,000 finance workers from Finsec, brings together the combined strengths of the two unions to put workers first.”
