The Oil Free Seas Flotilla conducts a ceremony at the site where oil giant Anadarko intends to start drilling. The site is over 100 nautical miles off the west coast of New Zealand, and in waters around a kilometer and a half deep. Limestones that were given to each boat, from the Kaikoura community, are cast into the deep with a prayer from each yacht.

Andy and Rosalind from the SV Balthazar talk about their reasons for joining the Oil Free Seas Flotilla. The flotilla is a coalition of individuals and boat owners who oppose deep-sea drilling and the new legislation that takes away New Zealanders' long-standing right to peacefully protest at sea.
