Yan
The Internet Party has noted published
comments from Mega Ltd. about a shareholding in the company
being subject to a Restraining Order by police under the
Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act in relation to Mr William
Yan.
The Internet Party has no connection with Mr Yan or,
to the best of its knowledge, any direct or indirect
association with any property subject to the order.
The
Internet Party has no concerns that any action against Mr
Yan will impact the
party.
