The Governor-General, Lt Gen The Rt Hon Sir Jerry Mateparae, has expressed his deep shock following the shooting of three people in Ashburton today.
“Janine and I extend our condolences to the families affected by this tragic event. Our thoughts are also with the people of Ashburton as events unfold down there,” Sir Jerry Mateparae said.
