Nomination for Board Members Now Open – ChangeMakers Refugee Forum

Wellington, NZ - ChangeMakers Refugee Forum (CRF) today announced it has opened nominations for two members to join the Board.

CRF’s objective is to create opportunities for people from refugee backgrounds to lead fulfilling lives and contribute to every area of New Zealand society. It is an organisation that undertakes advocacy work using the strengths-based approach, and human rights as the basis for policy development and implementation. CRF is an organisation embedded within the community and this is reflected through the Board membership as well as the staff within the organisation.

“We are looking for people to join us who can offer strategic direction and vision within the wider Board to lead CRF into becoming a well resourced organisation,” said Yusuf Khalil, Chair of CRF Board.

Once all the nominations are received the nominees will be advised further on the voting process. Nominations close on the 14th of November at 9.00am. To request you nomination forms email: ledya@crf.org.nz
