Police Announce Christmas Holiday Road Toll Figures
MEDIA ADVISORY: POLICE ANNOUNCE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY ROAD TOLL FIGURES
The official holiday road toll figures were announced today by Jon White, CEO of the Australia New Zealand Policing Advisory Agency (ANZPAA).
The latest official figures for 23 December 2014 – 3 January 2015 show that 28 lives were lost on Australian roads and 20 on New Zealand roads, compared to 36 lives lost in both countries last Christmas.
