CDF Attends Chiefs of Defence Conference And Anzac Day Service
The Chief of Defence Force, Lieutenant General (LTGEN) Tim Keating visited the United Kingdom to attend a Chiefs of Defence conference and participate in Anzac Day commemorations earlier this week.
The conference, hosted by the Chief of Defence Staff United Kingdom, General Sir Nick Houghton was held in London.
“The conference was attended by Chiefs of Defence from defence forces being employed in the fight against ISIL/Daesh, and it was a valuable opportunity for me to talk to my counterparts about this issue,” says LTGEN Keating.
While in London LTGEN Keating also attended the Anzac Day dawn parade at Hyde Park Corner.
