Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) Chief
Executive Peter Mersi said today that a review of the
Overseas Investment Office’s process for assessing good
character will now be conducted by Wellington barrister
Peter McKenzie QC.

The report, a response to issues that have emerged over the 2013 Ceol & Muir application to purchase sensitive land in Taranaki, is expected to be completed by 15 June 2016.
