The Howard League is pleased with the finding of the Supreme Court.
Over the years we have had many letters
from prisoners concerned that their release dates have been
incorrectly calculated says Howard League spokesperson Jane
Maltby. Up until now Corrections have always refused to
budge on the calculations. This finding will be a relief
for all the prisoners who have been held past their release
dates.
