We’ve published a letter setting out our observations from our 2017/18 central government work. We sent this letter to all chief executives of government departments and Crown entities to highlight our reflections on common issues, challenges, and some of the practices we expect to see in the public sector. Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec) report
Audit New Zealand was asked by the chairman of Waikato Institute of Technology (Wintec) to carry out additional assurance work in conjunction with the 2017 annual audit. This January report to the Wintec board sets out Audit New Zealand's findings about certain travel expenses and redundancy and severance payments. The report can be found on our website.
