Freedom of Speech Ban Brings Silence
"It seems another bastion in the fight for the freedom of speech was silenced today," says a Libertarianz Spokesman. "Havana House Cigars held out as long as they could against the nico-nazis and their draconian laws banning information extolling the joys of smoking. Not only were huge fines threatened if they continued to sell Cigar Afficianado magazine, but they were also forced to remove their internet website."
"AND WHERE IS THE MEDIA? Where the reports? Where the anger?," wonders an angry Joy Faulkner. "Free speech is being shut down, and the media care not one jot! If it had not been for Lindsay Perigo's Politically Incorrect Show on Radio Pacific, Thursday 4th November, would anyone have known or cared that those involved in the business of tobacco lost their most precious liberty, their ability to talk about it? Does anyone care?"
"If you don't, you bloody well should. First they came for tobacco. What will they come for next, and who will speak up against it?"
