First "Plug & Play" Virtual Classroom Connector

Pathlore Introduces Industry's First "Plug & Play" Virtual Classroom Connector

Learning Management Leader Teams with WebEx to Promote Connector with Free Trial Offer

New Zealand, Auckland, June 24, 2004 - Pathlore Software Corporation, a global leader in providing learning management software and services to industry and government, today unveiled its Virtual Classroom Connector (VCC). Pathlore's VCC allows users to independently select and integrate leading virtual classroom/web conferencing services, such as WebEx, with the Pathlore Learning Management System using a simple configuration setting.

In addition, Pathlore has entered into an alliance with WebEx Communications (Nasdaq: WEBX), the web communications services leader, to offer Pathlore customers a free 30-day trial of WebEx services.

Pathlore and WebEx are also planning to host a free series of web conferences that will explain the benefits of incorporating virtual classroom services into an organization's learning management strategy. Two Webinars are currently scheduled for July 1, 2004, and July 14, 2004, both sessions will start at 12:30 p.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT. By visiting www.pathlore.com/webex, customers can register for the Webinar series during which they'll learn more about the WebEx trial offer.

"Virtual classrooms - that allow employees, business partners and customers to access training over the Web - are an increasingly attractive and cost-effective vehicle for communicating with a geographically distributed audience," said Wayne Caccamo, Pathlore's vice president of marketing. "Our solution sets us apart from our competitors who require an expensive professional services engagement to integrate their learning management system with their customers' virtual classroom service of choice."
