Music made its mark on the most searched-for Trade Me items in August, with both Rod Stewart and the Datsuns being in hot demand.
Holden retained its overall top-search item status and, together with iPod and Mini, drew over 20,000 searches in August.
Other new entrants in August included Von Dutch fashionware, Crown Lynn china, Chev, Cortina, VW, Escort, Evo and Diesel clothing . The full list of the top 20 search items for July is listed below.
The latest Neilsen//NetRatings figures1 show Trade Me had 887,500 unique NZ visitors in August. It has over 650,000 New Zealand members and around 250,000 items for sale.
