Kiwis are spelling love “S-O-N-Y”
Forget the roses and chocolates – lovebirds around New Zealand are getting Sony products for Valentines Day according to the latest Trade Me search figures.
Sony jumped straight to number one with an impressive 92,612 searches in the month of January, bumping former top dog Von Dutch down to second place with 49,501 searches.
Big names in motors were also popular last month, claiming almost half of the top 20 positions.
The full list of the top 20 search items for January is listed below.
The latest Neilsen//NetRatings figures show Trade Me had over 1 million unique NZ visitors in January. It has over 900,000 New Zealand members and more than 300,000 current listings.
