Enlighten Designs Ltd (www.enlighten.co.nz) are thrilled to to have been named the winner of the Partnering Award of the Year at the New Zealand Microsoft Partner Awards 2008. The black tie awards evening, at which the award category winners were announced, was held last night and played host to New Zealand's leading Information Technology providers.

Enlighten Designs were named as finalists for 3 of the 14 available award categories.

The award won by Enlighten Designs is:

Partnering Award of the Year
This joint submission shows how 2 (two) or more Microsoft partners working together can deliver a greater customer result, widen their solutions and grow their business faster than if operating alone.

Enlighten Designs were also named as finalists for two award categories: Microsoft Software & Services Solution of the Year and the Rising Star of the Year.

The Microsoft Partner Awards recognise and reward Microsoft partners in the New Zealand partner community that have delivered exemplary and innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies to address customer's business challenges.

Enlighten Designs were finalists at the inaugural Microsoft Partner Awards held in 2007 in the Infrastructure Solution of the Year category and were also winners of the Waikato Business Excellence Awards Innovation category also held in 2007.

Enlighten is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. This accreditation recognises the highest level of technological excellence, marketplace impact and satisfaction of customers through using Microsoft products and services.
