She's one of New Zealand 's most promising young netballers. At just 23 she already has a Commonwealth Gold medal under her belt and routinely she gets to combine in the defensive circle with perhaps the world's best player - Casey Williams.

Yep, we're talking about Central Pulse captain Katrina Grant - who joins the On Court team in the studio this week to talk netball, life outside of netball and what it's like to be a semi-professional athlete.

Grant gets to join her idol this week as former Ferns captain and legendary former defender Bernice Mene is hosting alongside another of the world's best ex defenders, 94-test Australian Diamond, Kathryn Harby-Williams.
