PM attends Queen's diamond wedding service
Gordon Brown has attended a service of celebration for the Queen and Prince Philip's diamond wedding anniversary. The royal couple will mark 60 years of marriage on 20 November.
Two thousand people attended the service at Westminster Abbey in London. The Prime Minister joined foreign dignitaries and more than 30 members of the Royal family.
Other couples who married on the same day and choristers from the Royal wedding in 1947 were also present.
After the service, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh unveiled a Jubilee Walkway plaque in Parliament Square.
