One Confirmed Dead in Fiji Times Paper Van Accident

Suva - A passenger has died and two others have been admitted to Nadi hospital in western Fiji after a Fiji Times newspaper van veered off the road and overturned at Nalovo, outside Nadi, today.
Police have confirmed that the Fiji Times van, travelling from Sigatoka to Nadi with three passengers on board, tumbled several times off the road before landing in a ditch.
Witnesses at the scene told police they heard a “loud bang” before the vehicle was seen tumbling.
Pictures of the accident obtained by FBC News show a mangled Toyota Hiace van.
Police investigations are continuing.
