Jordanian Prisoners Appeal To Their Gov't To Pay Attention To Their Cause
29/05/2012
AMMAN, (PIC)-- The Jordanian prisoners in Israeli jails appealed to their government to shoulder its responsibilities towards their issue and make efforts to have them released by all possible means.
In a leaked letter, the prisoners criticized their government and the Jordanian ambassador in the occupied Palestinian territories for not moving to have them released or following up their conditions in Israeli jails.
They stated that no one from the Jordanian embassy has ever visited them in their jails to check on them as Jordanian citizens.
The prisoners expressed their thanks to all Palestinian and Jordanian individuals and institutions that supported them and advocated their cause during the days of their hunger strike.
