Ramallah- Hanin Zoubi, an Arab member of Israel's parliament (Knesset) has stated that Israeli political revenge against prisoners was due to what was achieved in the most successful strike in the history of the Palestinian prisoners' cause.

Hanin Zoubi, Member of Israeli Parliament
Zoubi received a letter from the prisoners which revealed brutal assaults and attacks on them in retaliation for the recent achievements during "We will live in dignity" strike waged by prisoners, which they consider as an attempt by the Israeli occupation to renege on the agreements concluded with them.
Zoubi
urged the Eishel prison director to seriously investigate
human rights violations practiced against the Palestinian
prisoners.
