RABAT, (PIC)– Political bureau chairman of Hamas Khaled Mishaal has said that Palestine was in need of internal reconciliation in order to confront occupation.
Addressing the Moroccan Justice and Development party’s seventh conference in Rabat on Saturday, Mishaal hoped that Morocco would play a role in achieving that reconciliation.
The Hamas leader said that Palestine in general and Jerusalem in particular was the target of a ferocious Judaization campaign.
The West Bank is also suffering from occupation’s practices of stealing land and underground water, building separation wall, and dissecting its areas, Mishaal underlined.
He also noted that the Israeli occupation was still enforcing a tight blockade on the Gaza Strip along with semi daily aggression and sabotage.
