Big Brother Betting Begins!

Big Brother Betting Begins!

Less than 24 hours in the new Big Brother house, Ben has emerged as the early favourite with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au.

The quirky Queenslander entered the house priced at $9.00, before becoming the most currently backed by punters and firming into $5.00 ahead of fellow statesman Matthew ($6.00).

Melburnian Xavier has also been the focus of the early betting activity and stands at $8.00, but in a tale of two cities, Sydneysider Tim has managed to grate the most on his fellow housemates and anchors the market at $21.

Ed from Adelaide, who is a former AFL player and twin brother to current Western Bulldogs star Nick Lower, holds ground at $7.00.

Representing the ladies, radio jock Heidi leads the charge on $9.00, followed by social media siren Tully ($12) with Darwin delight Tahan unfancied at $19.

“Punters are making snap decisions on the housemates and hoping to get some value before the field shortens up. It’s a long way to go to the finish line though and BB promises a lot more twists to come!” sportsbet.com.au’s Will Byrne said.

In a reality TV betting first, sportsbet.com.au punters will be refunded their first bet on any housemate to win Big Brother should they get evicted in the month of August!
