We Hail Free Fair Election In Bangladesh

British Prime Minister David Cameron has called for a free and fair election in Bangladesh. Referring to the current unstable political scenario in Bangladesh while speaking at the Ninth British Curry Awards 2013 held at the Battersea Evolution in London on 25 November Monday Prime Minister said, We are looking forward to a free and fair election in Bangladesh.

Prime Minister David Cameron said this when Enam Ali MBE, founder and organizer of the Curry Award, in his welcome speech asked Cameron for taking creative measures to safeguard the business and investment interest of the British Bangladeshi citizens.

Mr Enam Ali MBE said, not only as a developing partner of Bangladesh but also as the leader of the commonwealth countries, Britain can put its positive authority in tackling the troublesome state of affairs.

On the other hand, Cameron mentioned that as part of the British Aid program his government is annually providing Bangladesh with 0.7% of its national revenue. At the British Curry Award, aka, `Curry Oscar’ He also promised to make things easier at the government end in bringing in skillful chef from abroad.

Before an audience of about two thousand premium guests, British Prime Minister cited the success and hard work of the people working for the Curry industry as a glorious source of inspiration and said that, curry has now become a national identity for Britain. We would take every measure to solve this issue of bringing in skilled Chefs from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Notably, this is the first time any British Prime Minister attended the British Curry Award. Entrepreneur Enam Ali MBE commenced the Award in 2005. This time the top restaurants and Chefs from 11 different categories were awarded with the prestigious recognition.

Top ministers of the British Cabinet, MPs and Media personalities attended the gala occasion.
